OrderTrack is a universally accepted web enabled productivity tool that answers one of the most frequently asked questions of a Customer Service Department "Where is my order?".

Because OrderTrack is web enabled, order information can be seamlessly displayed in a secure form and accessed through our password protected website by either the consignee (recipient) or a customer service representative. The person inquiring about the status of a particular shipment needs only to know one of a few basic search criteria - an order number, a purchase order number, an account number etc. OrderTrack will then take the respondent to the appropriate place in the exact carrier's website where the order information resides. Customized carrier performance reports can also be generated or sent to management within the organization.
